The stay in “Wojciechosko Zagroda” [Farmstead] encompasses a visit to a peasant’s farmstead, consisting of a cottage, barn, carpenter’s workshop and a cowshed with animals, and a blacksmith’s farmstead, featuring a smithy dating from 1918 and a blacksmith’s cottage. There is a possibility of arranging various demonstrations for organized groups, such as butter churning, grain grinding, flail threshing, washing clothes on a washboard, wool spinning, roof elements thatching, i.e. bundling the sheaths, and feeding farm animals. You can participate in pottery workshops organized in the pottery chamber (12 potter’s wheels). The open-air museum also features a playground, bonfire site, the Chamber of Local Products and an exhibition of old farming machines. In addition, nature classes are held here. It worth solving the following Quests: “About the Former Life in the Countryside” and “From the Life of a Blacksmith.” You can fix your single-track vehicle or use the first-aid kit at a bicycle-friendly place located here.
