The Kozi Bór

Description

The Kozi BórForest is the forest and protected landscape area established in 1989. Its area is dominated by the plain landscape: the majority of its area features mixed forests and fresh sessile oak forests, as well as swamp forests, xerothermic oak forests, oak hornbeam forests, alder forests and riparian forests. In addition to the forest and thicket complexes, the area features large-format meadows and small peat bogs. Kozi Bór Forest boasts a few rare bat species.
