The former hospital for the poor.

Description

The hospital in Końskowola was established at the initiative of the Tęczyński family, very likely as early as the 16^th century. It was a welfare institution that offered help for the elderly and the sick. Since as early as the 16^th century, Końskowola had a permanently employed barber surgeon. The second hospital in town was established around 1675, founded by the Suchodolski family, and located near the parish church.
